Bahamas

    April 25 – May 4, 2025

    In partnership with Great Shape! Inc. iCARE, we are excited to announce a very special, hybrid mission on two Bahama islands this spring. We will be providing eye care for all of the school children on the island of Exuma and also the Sandals employees in Nassau. We have a limited number of volunteer spaces for this unique trip.

    Our 2025 schedule is as follows:

    • Friday, April 25 or Saturday, April 26 – Volunteers arrive in Nassau
    • Sunday, April 27 – Provided flight to Exuma for volunteers, where we will have exclusive access to the resort during its transition to a Beaches
    • Monday, April 28 to Wednesday, April 30 – Serve all the school children in Exuma
    • Thursday, May 1 – Provided flight back to Nassau for volunteers
    • Friday, May 2 – Staff clinic day at resort in Nassau
    • Saturday, May 3 or Sunday, May 4 – Team departs Nassau

    The all-inclusive project fee for up to 5 nights at Sandals Royal Bahamian and 4 nights at Sandals Emerald Bay (including airfare between islands) is only $875 plus roundtrip airfare to Nassau.

    St. Vincent

    August 1 – 10, 2025

    Through our partnership with the Great Shape! Inc. iCARE program, we will be serving in the island of St. Vincent. Our clinic will provide health screening, complete eye care exams, prescription glasses, reading glasses, and sunglasses free of cost over 5 days of clinic.

    We will be lodging at the beautiful, all-inclusive Sandals Saint Vincent. Volunteers purchase their roundtrip airfare to Argyle International (SVD) and pay a project fee of $875 which covers up to 9 nights (includes meals, drinks, resort activities, & in-country transportation). Space is limited, so act quickly.

    Negril, Jamaica

    September 26 – October 5, 2025

    Through our partnership with the Great Shape! Inc. iCARE program, we will be serving rural communities in Jamaica providing health screening, complete eye care exams, and glasses. We also plan to perform PRP Diabetic Retinopathy and SLT Glaucoma laser procedures.

    We will be lodging at the fun, all-inclusive Sandals Negril. Volunteers purchase their roundtrip airfare to Norman Manley Airport (MBJ) and pay a project fee of $875 which covers up to 9 nights (includes meals, drinks, resort activities, & in-country transportation). Space is limited.

    Montego Bay, Jamaica

    October 31 – November 9, 2025

    Through our partnership with the Great Shape! Inc. iCARE program, we will be serving rural communities in Jamaica providing health screening, complete eye care exams, and glasses. We also plan to perform cataract & MIG surgery, and PRP Diabetic Retinopathy & SLT Glaucoma laser procedures.

    We will be lodging at the fun, all-inclusive Sandals Montego Bay. Volunteers purchase their roundtrip airfare to Norman Manley Airport (MBJ) and pay a project fee of $875 which covers up to 9 nights (includes meals, drinks, resort activities, & in-country transportation). Space is limited.
