Travel with Purpose

Many travelers are looking for more in their overseas experiences. For example, they don’t want to simply lay on a beach for a week. This is a great way to see the world, bond with a community and fellow volunteers, and give back to humanity at the same time. Volunteer travel is growing due to this awareness and awakening. It truly is the best and most meaningful way to travel.

It takes many roles to conduct an effective eye care clinic. These include optometrists, ophthalmologists, and opticians, of course. But beyond this volunteers are needed for nursing, patient intake, acuities (eye chart testing), dispensing reading glasses, dispensing sunglasses, and crowd control. All of these positions are important for a successful mission.

Travelers, it is late. Life's sun is going to set. During these brief days that you have strength, be quick and spare no effort of your wings.
